A30/A303 from Honiton: Take B3174 at Daisymount for Ottery St Mary.

A30 from Exeter: Take B3174 for Ottery St Mary till you reach the 30mph sign at Kings School, then right for Tipton St John. Go straight on for approximately 1.5 miles and we are on the right.

From A3052: Proceed along A3052 to Bowd Inn which is north & west of Sidmouth. Turn north towards Ottery St Mary. About 2 miles turn left to Tipton St John.
